ABOUT SZECON DEVELOPMENT
Our Story
Szecon Development was founded in 2015 by Sean Szekely. It represents the next stage of Sean’s involvement in the construction industry. After starting out building decks and working for a framing company during high school, Sean went into business with his own framing company in 1997. As his involvement in the industry became broader he moved into residential general contracting and commercial subcontracting. Once joined by his wife Laura the focus shifted to developing projects from the purchase of land, through permitting, and construction and the formation of Szecon Development was the logical next step.

Szecon Development is located in the Merrimack Valley in northeastern Massachusetts and has developed projects as far north as Saco, Maine and Goffstown, New Hampshire and as far south as Norwalk, CT.
