Whether we are navigating early site engineering on a lot the buyer owns or executing finishes on one of our premier spec homes, our structured four-phase framework eliminates process friction and guarantees quality construction.
The process applies equally well for homes we build on speculation, where we purchase the land, assume all the construction risk, and bring the finished product to market, or we work with a homeowner from the earliest stages of site identification and acquisition and work as a General Contractor to build an entirely custom home.

The core structural bones and mechanical infrastructure are completed to Szecon's strict, standards regardless of the model.
Hybrid
When a buyer enters the picture at this phase by executing a Purchase & Sale agreement on a spec build, they can begin to influence the details of layout and other customizations.
