From Spec House to Stately Custom Colonial
Though this project began as a spec build, we partnered early with a buyer who brought a distinct architectural vision to the table. Pivoting from our initial designs, we worked hand-in-hand with them to adapt the plans and bring their custom ideas to life. We completely transformed the ranch into a classic, stately Colonial, finished with historically accurate cedar shakes. To seamlessly unify the property, we built an enclosed connector hallway from the main house to the garage, and converted the raw attic space into a private, custom home office tailored perfectly to the client's lifestyle.
