The site is located within walking distance of the MBTA Melrose Highland commuter rail Haverhill Line stop and an MBTA bus stop as well as other Highlands amenities. The project is being developed under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B, has received a finding of Project Eligibility from the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency (MassHousing), and been granted a comprehensive permit by the Melrose Zoning Board of Appeals.
