Greenwood St Melrose

The Greenwood Street multifamily development highlights many of our core values. The donation of a historical building to the city or a non-profit organization will keep alive a piece of the history of Melrose which some believe shows a role in the underground railroad, while making use of a long abandoned building in decay. We have also committed to donate our time and efforts to assist with the renovation of that property and any fundraising or other efforts that may be needed.

The remaining undeveloped and difficult terrain will put our experience with extensive earthwork to good use. And the central location, within 150 ft of the Melrose Highlands Commuter Rail stop and the resurgent Highlands business district, offers a prime example of transit oriented development.
