Transforming Challenging Terrain into a Distinctive Residential Neighborhood

Patrick’s Place represents the complete transformation of a rugged, undeveloped parcel into a refined nine-lot single-family neighborhood. Originally envisioned as a higher-density concept, Szecon actively collaborated with municipal leaders and local residents to re-align the site design—pivoting to a low-density, single-family community that integrated into the existing landscape.

Overcoming the site’s demanding topography required extensive civil engineering, including substantial earthwork, rock blasting, and new roadway construction. As part of our commitment to local infrastructure, the project also delivered critical enhancements to the neighboring Hillside Place right-of-way, dramatically improving site access and safety for both residents and emergency vehicles.
