By executing a total renovation prior to move-in day, we turned a diamond in the rough into a custom, modern sanctuary. We removed the restrictive main wall to create a sweeping, open-concept first floor where the new kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space. To maximize the client's budget, we modernized the staircase; by replacing the heavy, dated materials with a clean, contemporary design, we instantly updated the look of the entire home without the cost of a full structural layout change. This condo went from a dated compromise to a highly functional, beautiful home.
