After repeatedly being outbid on homes or priced out of properties she loved, this homebuyer partnered with us to shift her strategy. Together, we found a fixer-upper condo that fit her budget but desperately needed a redesign. Before she even moved her first box, we designed a plan to transform the dark, choppy, and dated layout. The original first floor featured a restrictive wall dividing the kitchen from the living area, paired with a dated staircase that cramped the entire unit's potential.
