The address has a walk score of 93, which is characterized as a “walker’s paradise.” It is being developed under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B. By redeveloping an underutilized parking lot that was identified on the cities housing production plan as a target site, the site is being optimized to provide the denser, transit-oriented development desperately needed by the Commonwealth.
